Joseph (Joe) Howard, 68, Falcon Heights, died May 27, 2026.

Joe was employed by Lockheed Martin. He was a University of Minnesota graduate, served as an U.S. Army captain and was an active community volunteer, most recently as a Roseville High School robotics team mentor. Joe enjoyed traveling and being outdoors and loved spending time with family and friends.

Joe was preceded in death by parents, Earl and Anna Marie Howard. He is survived by his wife, Deborah; daughter, Katie, (Kevin Higgins) and son, Matthew; brothers, Donald (Michelle), Thomas (Becky), Mark (Steve); sisters, Mary and Anna Marie; and brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Amy Hennen.
