District 10
Planning for 2026
While most details are yet to come, District 10 is setting preliminary dates for its 2026 community outreach and cleanup events, to help plan and increase opportunities for collaboration with the city and other community partners.
District 10 will kick off 2026 with its annual Blizzard Breakfast at North Dale Recreation Center. The date is set for Feb. 7.
Stay tuned for more details, or connect with District 10 at its community meetings at 7 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month to help with planning.

Como curb cleanup reporting
The District 10 Community Council partnered with the Capitol Region Watershed District on this year’s Como Curb Cleanup program.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our 2025 curb-cleaning efforts, we had our highest participation yet! Your work helped reduce nutrient algae flow into the lake. Once we’ve collected the data, we’ll share results in the D10 newsletter and on the D10 Como Park website.
If you participated in curb-cleaning, even if you didn’t register with us, you can still report your efforts at District10ComoPark.org/Cleanup before Dec. 22.
Monthly socials
The District 10 Community Council once a month has a strictly social gathering. This agenda-free meet-up happens between our two monthly meetings on the second Wednesday of each month, beginning at 6 p.m. at Half-Time Rec (1013 Front Ave.)
For further details, check the weekly D10 newsletter or visit District10ComoPark.org/D10Social.
