A new business that allows customers to get medical lab tests done on the spot recently opened in Falcon Heights.
This healthcare company, Any Lab Test Now, with more than 200 locations across the U.S., offers a wide variety of clinical tests and specialty services.
Located at Larpenteur and Snelling avenues, the Falcon Heights franchise is family owned and operated by Faiza and Mir Ali, a married couple with a passion for community outreach. The pair opened for business in November, 2025 after deciding to pursue a career change.
Faiza Ali, who taught at a charter school for five years, said she wanted to do something positive for her neighbors after she decided to leave teaching.
“I really wanted to do something useful and helpful for the community,” Faiza Ali said. “This is a place where people can come to explore and find something out about themselves. For people who have issues with doctors not ordering the tests they want, or not even offering them, they can come here for those answers.”
Any Lab Test Now offers a variety of lab tests, including an annual checkup, DNA and paternity testing, diabetes monitoring, thyroid and hormone tests, STD panels, on-site drug testing and much more. Any Lab Test Now has also partnered with Arcpoint Labs, a business that offers lab testing on a larger scale to corporations.
While Any Lab Test Now does not accept insurance, it also doesn’t require a doctor’s order to run the test you need. According to Ali, they offer reasonable prices and accept multiple forms of payment, such as credit, debit, cash and payments through a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
“A lot of insurance companies don’t cover labs or annual checkups,” Ali said. “Your doctor may not order the test that you want because insurance doesn’t cover it. I think we are the solution for that.”
Open Monday through Saturday with extended hours and rapid test results, Any Lab Test Now accepts appointments or walk-ins. It is a convenient way to get a test result fast, Ali said.
“We always take walk-ins and have rapid results,” Ali said. “We want to be a convenient location for those that need it for a reasonable price. Our customers are in charge of their own health and their own results and it’s giving them more freedom.”
Despite only being open for four months, the Falcon Heights location of Any Lab Test Now has received more than 40 online reviews, garnering a rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars on Google. Ali attributes this to her respectful staff and family.
“We really try to give respect to every customer who’s coming in,” Ali said. “Whether they’re coming to get a test or to get the information, we want to be friendly, approachable and local people who are there to help them.”
