Dale William Jones, 87, of Walker, Minn., died Feb. 2, 2026. He was born in Minneapolis on Sept. 18, 1938, the son of William and Gladys Jones.

Dale attended Murray High School and joined the U.S. Air Force, where he served his country proudly from 1954 to 1959.Following his service, Dale met and married Harriet Chouinard in 1960. They recently celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary.

They lived in and were active in the Leech Lake area since 1982.

Dale was predeceased by his parents and one sister, Sharon Jones. He is survived his wife; daughter Lori (Skip) Duchesneau; son Larry (Chad Furman) Jones; sister Merrilee Goodwin; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
