Dallasjean C. Mooney, 96, of Shoreview, longtime Como Park resident (née Schepers), died Oct. 27, 2025.

Dallas never stopped moving. She first worked at Montgomery Ward, later ran Eden Valley Butter out of her home, and also worked at Carlson Travel and finally JC Penney.

She was preceded in death by husband, Philip; brother, Earl; son-in-law, Greg Bies; and brother-in-law, George Dimke.

Dallas is survived by children, Maureen (Ken) Deceuster, Dennis, Laurie Bies, Terrie (Don) Luedtke, Tom (Sandy), Ann (Chad) Radenbaugh, and Kathy Davis, who died later the same day. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and two step-grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sisters, Donna Mae (Jerry) McCoskey and Janice Dimke.

Mass of Christian Burial for both Dallas and Kathy were celebrated at Maternity of Mary Catholic Church, with Dallas’ interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
