Roots of Resilience: Healthy Forests, Healthy Communities

August 11 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Event Series (See All)

Join us in the floodplain forest to learn about trees and how they impact community health! Mississippi Park Connection is offering FREE, guided tours at Crosby Farm Regional Park this summer. For one hour, relax into the beauty of the world of trees and find out what we’re doing to help our trees become more resilient to a changing world. This is a BIPOC-centered event, but all are welcome.

This tour is for individuals or groups.

  • Dates listed are for individual registration.
  • Group tours are available upon request Monday–Friday June 8–August 21. Tours are one hour and can be scheduled anytime between 9:00 am and 5:00pm. Need to schedule outside of these hours? Include your preferred time in your email request and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are interested in setting up a tour for group, please email [email protected] with the subject “ASCC plot tour request.” Please include the name of your group, estimated number of participants, and preferred date and time. If your group will require any accommodations, please share that with us as well.
